Vōzeo Terms of Service

Welcome to Vōzeo. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Vōzeo mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using Vōzeo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use Vōzeo. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree not to impersonate others, create misleading account information, or access accounts that do not belong to you.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and post on Vōzeo, including photos, audio, captions, comments, and profile information (“Content”).

By posting Content, you grant Vōzeo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, and make your Content available within the Service for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting Vōzeo.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Vōzeo to post, upload, transmit, or otherwise share:

• Illegal content or content that promotes unlawful activity
• Harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, or abusive content
• Sexually explicit, exploitative, or non-consensual content
• Spam, scams, impersonation, or misleading material
• Content that infringes the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

5. Moderation and Enforcement

Vōzeo may review, remove, restrict, or disable access to Content or accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion when necessary to protect the Service or its users.

Users can report content through the in-app reporting tools. We may investigate and take action based on those reports.

6. Privacy

Your use of Vōzeo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store information.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or create risk for other users or the platform.

8. Disclaimer

Vōzeo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vōzeo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
